Arvis Games Inc. (“we,” “our,” or “us”) built the mobile game Sizzle & Stack (“the App”).
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. We are committed to complying with global privacy regulations, including the California Online Privacy Protection Act (CalOPPA), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

  • The App does not collect personal information directly from users.

  • The App integrates with the following third-party services:

    • Apple Game Center – for achievements and leaderboards.

    • Unity Diagnostics – for anonymous crash reports and diagnostic data.

    • Unity Game Overrides – allows configuration and gameplay parameters to be adjusted remotely; this may involve collecting anonymous usage information to apply overrides correctly.

If you are located in the European Union, we process data under the following legal bases:

  • Performance of a contract: To provide Game Center features such as leaderboards and achievements.

  • Legitimate interests: To improve stability (via Cloud Diagnostics) and adjust game configurations (via Game Overrides).

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights:

  • Access & Portability – request a copy of the data processed about you.

  • Correction – request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.

  • Deletion (“Right to be Forgotten”) – request deletion of your personal data.

  • Objection – object to data processing under certain circumstances.

  • Withdrawal of Consent – withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

  • Opt-Out of Sale of Personal Data (CCPA) – We do not sell personal data, but you may still contact us to confirm this.

4. Children’s Privacy (COPPA Compliance)

  • The App does not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of 13.

  • Game Center accounts for minors are managed under Apple’s parental controls.

5. Do Not Track (CalOPPA Compliance)

Our App does not track users across third-party websites or services, and therefore does not respond to “Do Not Track” (DNT) signals.

6. Data Retention

We do not store personal data. Diagnostic data processed by Unity and Game Center is retained in accordance with their respective policies.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with the “Effective Date” above.
